My Day in Aptos

So Last night I slept over my Aunt's house, and Today I ran various errands with her. Did My Laundry. Got some groceries. Ate weird pita pizza. Oh yeah and did my mention my aunt lives in a tree house? Yes That's right a tree house.








Only downside is when I wake up in the morning and I breathe I can see my Breath. Not To mention I think the way she's living is Illegal and I'm pretty sure there's asbestos. Oh Well..

Movie day

So today I went to the movies and saw Inkheart. I know the reviews were terrible but I've wanted to see it for awhile. Well I have to say I did enjoy it, but I must warn this isn't a movie for just anyone, no not at all, it's more for the Megan O' Connells of the world. But again I don't recommend it for everyone. If you liked stardust you'll more then likely enjoy this movie.

Well on the van ride home I got to listen in on a conversation between the driver and some foreign exchange students from France. I really like their accents.

Then my aunt picked me up from school and took me to dinner and right now she's waiting in the car for me so I can go spend the night at her house and do laundry tomorrow.

I think I just might be getting sick. I do not like this feeling...not one bit.
I can feel my throat becoming sore and my ear getting that weird itch/pain. I hate being sick, It is the worse feeling in the world. Not to mention whenever I'm sick I feel gross, being all coughy and snotty, I hate being that one kid in class that gets everyone else sick. I blame the riding my bike in the rain!

HOMEWORK

So tomorrow I have two first drafts of one page summaries due in my writing class and a bit of math homework and you know me I get distracted a lot. Especially since I have to study in that mess down in the last blog. Well I decided that i'd finally put the new library across the street to use.

Now This thing is massive and is an architectural dream. Like it's so modern it's crazy. I am not kidding. Well for once I was finally able to concentrate and get my homework done and in record time. Normally it would have taken me a week to complete half the work I got done in that thing. But no I cracked out two full page summaries and 3 pages of math in 3 hours. I know a record fo' sho.


Now I am quite tired so this means it's time to get ready to go to sleep at 3 am.





p.s. Clint Eastwood donated the money for the library. Jealous I think so.

My room is a mess..eh

So last week, winter break ended and The spring semester began. So I packed all my bags and brought my things with me.. I'm still in the process of unpacking... and so my room looks like this.

I can't even imagine what the day I finally clean is going to be like.

Today i spent the majority of my time making this cd work and oh how it does. I think it's rather brilliant. Rolling Stone is going to be all over this shit.

Raining on my (Bike) Parade

So today I woke up fairly early for me, 9 am. So I decided I'd do some laundry, seeing as everyone was still sleeping and the washers would be free. The Rain had cleared up and it was pretty sunny out so I decided that after all my laundry was done that I'd ride my bike to Micheal's and get some yarn so I can finally make a amigurumi crochet doll. So I did that, though I must say that was pretty tiring. So since I was at the shopping center with the target in it I thought 'Hey I should get my groceries now'.

Not a smart move at all.

By time I got all my groceries and came out it was pouring. See I don't really know anyone up here with a car, and the bus doesn't go to that particular shopping center. So I sucked it up and attempted to ride my bike in the rain. That didn't really work for too long I was forced to get off my bike and walk because the wind was making my hair fly in my face, blinding me to the point where I crashed. I had to walk my bike back the rest of the way with my way too heavy groceries. If everything had I worked out the way I planned I would have been home 15 after leaving Target but No it took almost 2 hours. Yes 2 hours, and now I'm soaked.

I didn't even mention that by the time I got here the sun had come out again at it stopped raining.

Blog-a-day-for 2009

So This year everyone has been asking me what my New Years resolution is, usually I say I don't have one, they're stupid..etc..etc. Well I've decided this year will be the year I start a blog and actually keep it up. and so I've decided to blog once a day, for the rest of 2009. So there ya go.

Long day..full of buses

So I attempted to find my orthodontist office today on the bus, didn't work out all. Never found the damn place. Now I'm super exhausted. Going to sleep last night at 3 am didn't help either. Not that i didn't want to sleep or couldn't, Fucking Morgan decided she'd invite her friends over for a long card game at 1 am, Despite me telling her in casual conversation of course that I needed to get to sleep early because I had a long day ahead of me the next day.

Well since that whole thing didn't turn out well, I decided I'd go to the mall and finally apply for a job at Starbucks. Yay me...eh.

Public Transit Phobia

So Tomorrow I have to go to an Orthodontist appointment in Salinas. It's at 2:30pm and is an hour long, and an order for me to get there in time I have to catch a bus here at 11:30am and take 3 buses there. That doesn't bother me too much. My problem is when I have to come back, it'll already be getting dark. I don't know why but I've got this thing about riding buses at night. The idea scares the crap outta me, I always think some shady character is going to be on my bus and shank me. and then I have to remind myself that I'm just getting the subway mixed up with a bus.
